Delivery Policy

Local Delivery (Kuwait Only)

• Delivery is expected within 24-72 hours maximum (within Kuwait only).

• There is a one-time delivery fee with the option for free returns or exchanges for each order.

International Shipping

• A free shipping return and exchange label is applicable.

• Import fees, duties, and VAT are already included for any order placed and directed to ships outside of Kuwait. This is based on a single shipping fee for the item, regardless of weight or quantity, on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.

• International shipping and delivery services will be provided within 60 business days after the order is completed.

• Please consider any potential delays caused by customs clearance, incomplete shipping addresses (including a phone number with the international dialing code) provided at checkout, or payment failures as we attempt to eliminate all potential delays.

• In the event that a size or product is unavailable, we will reach out via the email address or phone number you provided.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

• We can ship from Kuwait or China depending on product availability.
